The heart of
our excellence

We're a small, diverse team united by one belief: everyone deserves to be heard clearly, in whatever language or accent they showed up with. We build the practice room we wished we'd had.

Our Mission

Make every voice land the way it deserves to

Help people unlock their potential and share their ideas with confidence — no matter the language, accent, or audience they're speaking to.

Our Vision

A world where being heard isn't a matter of luck

Everyone with the tools and the reps to communicate clearly — where every voice gets a fair shot at being heard.

What We Stand For

Five things we hold each other to

We coach communication for a living, so we practise it internally first.

  • Own the Impact

We ship things that matter, and stay accountable for what happens after.

  • Lead with a Growth Mindset

Every mistake is data. Every win is just the next starting point.

  • Move with Purpose

Deliberate beats busy — one right thing over ten maybes.

  • Speak Up & Be Heard

The best idea should win, not the loudest voice. Everyone gets a say.

  • Build as a Family

We show up for each other, not just for the roadmap.

We started this because we were the ones freezing in the room. Nobody should have to be lucky to be heard.

I got to work closely with a team that valued collaboration, and it showed me how much stronger the outcome is when everyone works together. It pushed me to grow both as a developer and as someone who works well within a team.

What stands out to me about PitchPro is its unique balance of ownership and openness. Everyone, including interns, is encouraged to think of the company as their own and freely share ideas, suggestions, and feedback. The core team genuinely listens and embraces good ideas, while also being comfortable explaining when a suggestion may not work — and that honesty is equally understood and respected across the team. I think this balance creates a rare environment where people feel both valued and trusted to contribute.

I gained valuable experience in understanding different clients, approaching diverse sectors, and tailoring product pitches to their specific needs. I really enjoyed seeing how well a team based across different countries could work together remotely.

This was my first internship, and it gave me much more than I expected. Most importantly, this experience helped me clear my future career direction.

Working at PitchPro was a genuinely great experience. I got to own projects end to end, from idea to production, which meant I picked up a lot more than just code — I learned how to think through a problem at every stage. Working closely with Maria and Eric made it feel less like an internship and more like being part of the team from day one.
