Upon receiving a valid notice of copyright infringement, PitchPro will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material of the removal or disabling of access.

In appropriate circumstances, PitchPro may disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity on PitchPro is infringing your copyright may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under applicable law.
